Produced in Italy, they contain only 1 gram of sugar out of 100 and being rich in fiber (usually difficult to find in traditional breakfasts) they are very filling.
You can use them for your ketogenic breakfast however you like. I personally prefer them by spreading a little peanut butter on top of which I am very greedy together with my son Mattia.
Soketo ketogenic rusks are natural and come from the selection of the best ketogenic raw materials so you can enjoy them as you like.
They are also excellent as a snack since the single pack contains 2 pieces of rusks.
